Shopping
How does ordering from several stores work?
Add items from any stores to one cart and pay once. Each store packs and ships its own part, so you may get more than one parcel; you can follow every part under Your account → Orders.
How do I track my order?
When a store ships your part of the order we email you, and the order page shows each store’s status. Ordered as a guest? Use Track order with your order number and email.
How much is delivery?
Each store ships its own items. Standard delivery is free once you spend $50.00 with a store; otherwise it’s $4.99 per store. Express is $9.99 and next-day $19.99 per store.
How do returns and refunds work?
Once a part of your order is delivered you can ask for a refund from the order page, up to 30 days after ordering. Stallmark reviews every request — even if the store doesn’t respond — and refunds to your card (5–10 business days) or straight to your Stallmark wallet.
What is Buyer Protection?
If an order doesn’t arrive or isn’t as described, ask for a refund from your orders within 30 days of ordering and Stallmark makes it right.
Is there an app?
The Stallmark apps for iPhone and Android are in development. The website works on your phone in the meantime, and you can add it to your home screen.
How do I contact Stallmark?
Signed in, open Your account → Support tickets and tell us what’s wrong — linking an order helps. We reply within 24 hours. You can also message a store directly from its page or your order.
Payments
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, handled securely by Stripe — Stallmark never sees your card number. Wallet credit is used first if you choose it, and you can pay with your wallet alone when it covers the order.
How do points work?
You earn 1 point for every whole dollar once all of an order is delivered, and 50 points for each review. Turn every 100 points into $1.00 of wallet credit under Your account → Points. Points from a refunded order are taken back.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not yet — gift cards are on the way.
Selling
How do I sell on Stallmark?
Open a store from the Sell on Stallmark page and connect a Stripe account for payouts. New stores pay 0% commission for their first 90 days, then a flat 10% per sale — no listing or monthly fees.
When do sellers get paid?
When an order part is delivered, your share (the sale minus commission) moves to your Stripe balance and shows as Available in Seller Centre → Wallet. Request a payout of $10.00 or more; Stallmark approves it and Stripe sends it to your bank.
